Not every slot counts at 100%. For games with a 0% contribution, your bets don't count towards wagering. Other games cannot be played at all while a bonus is active. These restrictions also apply to certain slots.
Your real-money balance is used first when you play. Bonus funds are only used once your real-money balance is exhausted.
200 Free Spins, 20 Each Day
You can claim your first 20 free spins within 24 hours of your deposit. The next nine batches become available at the same time on each following day and can also be claimed for 24 hours. Unclaimed batches expire.
If you deposit at 18:00, the first claim window ends just before 18:00 the next day. The next window then begins. Your 200 free spins therefore come in ten batches, not all at once.
You must complete any active casino bonus before using the free spins. Winnings from them carry a 40× wagering requirement, and no more than CHF 110 from all 200 free spins can be converted into real-money balance. The daily claim windows start from the time of your deposit, not when you finish the deposit bonus.

Free Spins Without a Deposit?
The 200 free spins in our welcome bonus require a first deposit of at least CHF 22. They are not a no-deposit bonus.
The 50 free spins in our Weekly Reload also require a deposit. A bonus code does not turn either offer into a no-deposit bonus.
50 Free Spins with the Weekly Reload
You can get free spins even after your first casino bonus. The Weekly Reload gives you 50 free spins for your first deposit during the promotional period from Monday to Thursday. You must opt in to the promotion each week before depositing and deposit at least CHF 22.

Withdrawals, Switching Bonuses and Expiry
Withdrawing while a bonus is active
If you request a withdrawal before claiming the welcome bonus or after activating it, you lose eligibility for the bonus. Withdrawing before completing wagering means your bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. Only after the wagering requirements are met can bonus funds be converted into real-money balance, up to the applicable limit. Before a withdrawal, we also verify your account and identity.
Cancelling a bonus
You can cancel an active bonus in your profile or through support. This forfeits the entire balance in your casino bonus account. If you activate another bonus or claim free spins while a bonus is still active, your previous bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
Missing the deadline
You have ten days from activation to complete bonus wagering. If you don't meet the requirement in time, the bonus and any related winnings are forfeited. The 24-hour claim windows for welcome free spins also apply.
