Payments at Slotuna

Your deposit. Your playing balance.

Deposit through our cashier using Pay by Card, PSCRD or cryptocurrencies. Depending on the method, minimum deposits start at CHF 10, CHF 15 or CHF 33. Choose your amount and confirm the payment using your own payment method.

How to Make a Deposit

Sign in to Slotuna

Sign in with your email address and password, then open the cashier. Use your existing player account. Even if you change payment methods, you'll still use the same account.

Choose a method and amount

Select a payment method enabled for your account and enter the deposit amount. Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the method. The payment method must belong to you.

Confirm your payment

Confirm the payment and authorise it with your payment provider if an additional step is required. Your playing balance only increases once the deposit has been completed successfully. A payment authorisation or pending hold with your provider doesn't mean the money has reached your Slotuna account yet.

Your Payment Methods

You can deposit using any method enabled for your account in the cashier. Available options may change. Payments are also subject to the relevant provider's terms and conditions. The methods you can use depend on your country and currency.

Use your own payment method

The card or payment account must belong to you. Deposits using a friend's card or someone else's account are not permitted. We may ask for proof that you're the owner.

Your account in CHF

If your account is in Swiss francs, your balance and stakes are held in CHF. If your payment provider charges you in a different currency, conversion fees may apply. The deposit limits of your chosen method still apply.

Fees and processing times

Your payment provider's terms govern any fees and currency conversions. How quickly a deposit is completed depends on the method and any necessary authorisations. Once completed successfully, the amount is credited to your playing balance.

Deposits in CHF

You can fund your account in Swiss francs. The following minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply in CHF. The methods you can use depend on which options are enabled in your cashier.

Payment methodMinimumMaximum
Pay by Card
CHF 15CHF 2’000
PSCRD
CHF 10CHF 900
Bitcoin
CHF 33CHF 5’400
USDT: ERC20, Solana, BEP20 and TRC20
CHF 10CHF 4’500
USDC and USDC Solana
CHF 10CHF 4’500
BitCoinCash, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano
CHF 10CHF 4’500

The limits apply separately to each cryptocurrency and network variant. For USDT and USDC, the network must match the deposit address. Sending funds over the wrong network can result in their loss. The exchange rate determines how many coins or tokens you send for a given CHF amount.

These limits apply to deposits. Different amounts and payment methods may apply to a withdrawal.

How Much Would You Like to Deposit?

The maximum amount is not a recommended gambling budget. You can choose any amount between the minimum and maximum for your payment method. The same payment limits apply to deposits without a bonus. If you want to claim our welcome bonus, your deposit must also meet the bonus terms.

What You Need to Know Before Withdrawing

Depositing increases your playing balance. You must request a withdrawal separately through your account. Where possible, we'll pay out through the same method you used to deposit. A different method or additional documents may be required.

Even without a bonus, deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. A minimum turnover of EUR 20 also applies in the calendar month of your withdrawal request. If you've staked less than you deposited, we may cancel winnings and deduct payment costs: generally 10% of your last deposit, with a minimum of EUR 0.50; or 15% for deposits made by bank card or bank transfer.

Withdrawals are also subject to account checks and withdrawal limits. A successful deposit does not replace verification of your identity and payment method.

If Your Deposit Doesn't Go Through

Our team is available via live chat and at [email protected]. To trace a payment, it helps to have the amount, time, method and payment reference. Keep your password and payment security codes to yourself.

Your payment was declined

Missing authorisation, reaching a limit or a rejection by your payment provider may prevent the deposit. If payment authorisation fails, your provider can help you approve it. For questions about funds reaching your player account, contact our support team.

Money was deducted but hasn't reached your balance

If money has been taken but not credited, the payment reference, amount and time will help us investigate. We can use those details to review the transaction and work out what happened to the payment.

The amount or currency doesn't match

Currency conversion or your provider's fees can change the amount charged. If the credit to your Slotuna account doesn't match the completed payment, we'll look into it with you.

Can I Get a Deposit Refunded?

As a rule, deposits are non-refundable. We may consider an exception if there is a technical issue with our casino or payment processing. Your request must reach our support team within 24 hours of the payment concerned.

If the deposit or its associated bonus has already been used to place a bet, a refund is not possible. We will assess your request and decide whether a refund can be made. We may need proof of your identity, address and payment method. A refund is different from a standard withdrawal.

You're in Control of Your Gambling Budget

Don't gamble with money needed for rent, bills or other essentials. Making another deposit doesn't guarantee you'll win back your losses. Our support team can help if you'd like a break from gambling or to self-exclude. Our casino is strictly for people aged 18 and over.

Deposit and Payment FAQs

What is the minimum deposit at Slotuna?

The minimum is CHF 10 for PSCRD and most cryptocurrencies. Pay by Card starts at CHF 15 and Bitcoin at CHF 33. To claim the welcome bonus, your first qualifying deposit must be at least CHF 22. The minimum for your chosen payment method always applies as well.

Can I deposit with TWINT or PostFinance?

We cannot currently confirm CHF deposits via TWINT or PostFinance. You can use Pay by Card, PSCRD or one of the listed cryptocurrencies instead, provided the method is enabled for your account.

Can I use paysafecard?

We cannot guarantee that paysafecard deposits are available. For CHF deposits, we offer PSCRD with a minimum of CHF 10 and a maximum of CHF 900. Our support team can confirm whether you can use a paysafecard voucher with your account.

Can I deposit in Swiss francs?

Yes. Pay by Card, PSCRD and the listed cryptocurrencies are available for deposits in CHF, provided they're enabled in your cashier. Your playing balance is held in CHF. Conversion costs may apply if your payment provider uses another billing currency.

How long does a deposit take?

It depends on the payment method and any required authorisations. A deduction or pending hold with your payment provider alone does not confirm that your account has been credited. If the funds are missing, our support team can help using the payment reference, amount and time.

Can I deposit using someone else's card?

No. The card or any other payment method must belong to you. We may request proof of ownership. Payments through a friend or family member's account are not permitted.

Do I have to take a bonus when depositing?

No. You can play with your deposited balance without claiming a casino bonus. General wagering requirements and account checks still apply to later withdrawals. An active bonus comes with additional conditions.

Your Deposit Starts in the Cashier

With your Slotuna account, you choose the payment method and amount. The terms of your chosen method apply, along with the bonus terms if you've activated an offer. For ages 18 and over.
