Slotuna Withdrawals

Your balance. Your withdrawal request.

Request a withdrawal through the cashier in your Slotuna account. Options for CHF include cards, Bank Transfer, Revolut, Skrill and cryptocurrencies. The methods available depend on your account. We review your request, any required documents and the applicable limits before releasing the payment.

How to Request a Withdrawal

Sign in to Slotuna

Sign in to Slotuna and open the withdrawal section of your cashier. You can request a payout of your available real-money balance there. On your phone, use the same account as on your computer.

Choose a method and amount

Select a withdrawal method available to your account. Where possible, we'll pay out through the same method you used to deposit. In addition to the method's minimum and maximum amounts, your daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply.

Confirm your request

Check the amount and payment details, then confirm your request. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, the coin, network and receiving address must match. An incorrect address or network can result in lost funds. You can have no more than three withdrawal requests pending at a time.

How Long Does a Withdrawal Take?

3 working days

Processing after verification is complete

Once all conditions are met and the required checks are complete, our finance team processes your request within three working days of receipt. For subsequent requests, the period may instead start from your most recently completed withdrawal. Multiple requests may therefore not be paid out at the same time.

We process withdrawals Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 17:00 GMT. We do not process withdrawals on Saturdays or Sundays. After we approve the payment, your payment provider also needs time to transfer the funds. Three working days therefore does not guarantee that the money will reach your card, bank account or wallet within that time.

Missing documents or additional checks can extend processing time. Once all requested documents have been received, document verification normally takes up to ten days. More complex cases may take longer and require further evidence.

If the required checks are complete and the processing period has passed, our support team can provide an update on your request. Please have the request date, amount and payment method ready.

Withdrawal Methods and Amounts in CHF

These minimum and maximum amounts apply to each withdrawal method. The method must be enabled for your account. Your personal daily and monthly limits also apply. A higher payment-method maximum does not override those limits.

Withdrawal methodMinimumMaximum
Withdraw to Card
CHF 15CHF 3’000
Bank Transfer
CHF 10CHF 4’500
Revolut
CHF 10CHF 4’500
Skrill
CHF 10CHF 4’500
Bitcoin
CHF 60CHF 5’400
USDT: ERC20, Solana, BEP20 and TRC20
CHF 20CHF 4’500
USDC and USDC Solana
CHF 20CHF 4’500
BitCoinCash, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, BNB, DOGE, Solana and Cardano
CHF 20CHF 4’500

For USDT, the limits apply separately to ERC20, Solana, BEP20 and TRC20. For USDC, they also apply to each respective variant. The exchange rate determines how many coins or tokens you receive for a CHF amount. Any payment provider fees may also affect the amount received.

If we cannot use your preferred method, a different withdrawal method may be required. Depositing with a particular method does not guarantee that you can withdraw through the same method.

Your Daily and Monthly Limits

The amount we can pay out also depends on your VIP level. The following limits apply to accounts in Swiss francs:

VIP levelPer dayPer month
Level 1CHF 500CHF 7’000
Level 2CHF 500CHF 10’000
Level 3CHF 800CHF 12’000
Level 4CHF 1’000CHF 15’000
Level 5CHF 1’500CHF 20’000

Your level depends on your activity during the 90 calendar days preceding your withdrawal request and may change. After one month without active bets, your status returns to the lowest level. We may also set individual withdrawal schedules, which can introduce additional restrictions on payment amounts and timing.

Even if a payment method allows withdrawals of up to CHF 4’500, a Level 1 account is still limited to CHF 500 per day.

Verification for Your Withdrawal

We may verify your identity, age, address and source of funds. Making a deposit does not rule out checks at a later stage. We'll tell you which documents to submit. Additional checks may also be required after a previous successful withdrawal.

Your identity

Depending on the request, we may need an identity document, such as a passport, identity card or driving licence. We'll let you know if a certified copy is required. Additional confirmations, telephone verification or facial verification may also be necessary.

Your address

To verify your residence, we may request a utility bill, bank statement or tenancy agreement, for example. The details must match those on your account.

Your payment method

We may ask for proof that the card, bank account or other payment method you used belongs to you. This may include payment receipts, transaction histories and evidence of the source of funds.

Requested documents must reach us within 30 days of our request. We may withhold your withdrawal or temporarily suspend your account until the evidence is received and checked. If the documents are not submitted on time, the account may be closed permanently. Our request will also explain how to send the documents. Keep your password and payment security codes to yourself.

Conditions Before Your Withdrawal Can Be Approved

Even without a bonus, you must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawing. A minimum turnover of EUR 20 also applies in the calendar month of your withdrawal request. If you have not met that monthly turnover, we may reject the request.

If you have staked less than you deposited, we may cancel winnings and deduct payment costs: generally 10% of your last deposit, with a minimum of EUR 0.50; or 15% for a bank card deposit or bank transfer. These deductions may apply when the deposit wagering requirement has not been met. They are not charged automatically on every withdrawal.

If you have an active bonus, its wagering requirements, deadlines and maximum conversion limits also apply. Requesting a withdrawal or cancelling the bonus may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Slotuna Withdrawal FAQs

Once all conditions are met and the required checks are complete, our finance team processes your request within three working days of receipt. For subsequent requests, the period may start from the most recently completed withdrawal. Your payment provider's transfer time is additional. Missing documents or further checks can delay your withdrawal.

What is the minimum withdrawal in CHF?

Bank Transfer, Revolut and Skrill start at CHF 10, while Withdraw to Card starts at CHF 15. For cryptocurrencies, the minimum is CHF 20, or CHF 60 for Bitcoin. The withdrawal method must be available to your account.

How much can I withdraw per day?

Daily limits in CHF are CHF 500, CHF 800, CHF 1’000 or CHF 1’500, depending on your VIP level. Monthly limits range from CHF 7’000 to CHF 20’000. Payment-method restrictions and any individual withdrawal schedule also apply.

What documents do I need for a withdrawal?

We may request an identity document, proof of address and evidence of payment method ownership and source of funds. Our request will specify which documents to provide. You have 30 days from the date of our request to submit them.

Can I withdraw without verification?

If we request documents, we may withhold the withdrawal until verification is complete. A previous deposit or withdrawal does not replace these checks. Once all requested information has been received, document verification normally takes up to ten days; additional checks may take longer.

Can I withdraw with an active bonus?

Your bonus terms apply before any withdrawal can be approved. A withdrawal request may cause bonus funds and associated winnings to be forfeited. General deposit wagering requirements and account verification still apply.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

Possible reasons include missing documents, unmet wagering requirements, exceeded limits or an unavailable withdrawal method. Security checks and breaches of the terms may also prevent a payout. Our support team can explain the specific reason.

Does my withdrawal have to use the same method as my deposit?

Where possible, we pay out through the original deposit method. We may use another method if your preferred option is unavailable for withdrawals. The payment method must belong to you.
